At Aura Apparel LLC, we want your shopping experience to be simple and stress-free. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During new launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
🚚 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination, the product ordered, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery timeframes may range from approximately:
7–20 business days
Please understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Unexpected carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of Aura Apparel’s control may cause additional delays.
🌎 International Shipping
Aura Apparel may offer shipping to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authority.
Aura Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs or government agencies.
📍 Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Tracking updates may occasionally take longer depending on the carrier.
🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to make changes if your order has not yet been processed.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Aura Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check your mailbox, front door, porch, garage, or other delivery areas.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Contact Aura Apparel if you still need assistance.
Aura Apparel is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.
🔄 Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Aura Apparel because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be reshipped.
🛍️ Multiple Items in One Order
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen when items are shipped from different fulfillment locations or become available at different times.
If you receive one package but are still waiting for another item from the same order, please check your tracking information before contacting us.
⚠️ Delays Outside Our Control
Aura Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Customs processing
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect shipping information
- High shipping volume
- Transportation disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
